Ball 90 Degree Ultrasonic Tip

This tip provides fine cutting control over the troughing groove and is less aggressive than the Pear Tip. Used to find canals, remove coronal obstructions, blast away restorative materials, remove calcifications, temporary and permanent cements, posts, etc. Creates a smooth, clean, flat troughing groove that facilitates canal location. Can be used to remove caries, refine prep margins and refining box preps.

The Ball-D has a working length of 15mm and is a very powerful cutting tip.  

Diamond Point Measurement 1mm

400 grit diamond coating buildup around the end of the point.  Best cutting ability.  Used when you need more side-cutting action and the ability to flare out the walls of a troughing groove or access.
