Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A: Unless our staff is out of town at a conference, orders generally ship within 24 hours. Please check the home page of our site to see if we are travelling. Early morning orders are usually fulfilled the same day, while orders placed after 1pm PST are processed and shipped the next day.

Q: I paid for expedited shipping but my package did not arrive by the time I requested. Do I get a refund?
A: Please take into account the aforementioned time it takes us to process an order. If there is a shipping mistake on our end, we will refund you immediately as requested. If the shipping delay is out of our hands (UPS or USPS experiences issues) then we can file a claim for a refund on your behalf with the shipping company and return any funds they issue.

Q: I am a TDO Software user. Do I get a discount? How?
A: Yes! TDO Software is our sister company whom we work very closely with. If you use their software, you get $10 off each tip or mirror you buy. Set up your account online and then send us an email letting us know to tag your account with the TDO User Discount code and you’re all set. You can also let us know in the note section of your order and we will fix your account and issue a refund if you paid full price. BUT be sure to log in to your account before adding items to the cart, or else you won’t see the correct prices.

Q: Do you have resident pricing?
A: Of course! Residents and postgrads earn a steep discount while you’re in school and for one year after you graduate. Click on the “Resident Signup” link at the top right of our website, next to testimonials, to set up your account. If it’s during business hours (8-5, M-F), you should see a response to set up your password quickly. If it’s after we have closed for the day, we set it up first thing the next morning. Once your account is all set, be sure to log in to it before adding items to your cart to see the correct prices.
